Get your ingredients prepped
Chop up the apples
Grate the gouda
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temp
Spice and Roast the nuts. Cool them to room temp and then chop.
Combine the cream cheese and gouda cheese in a large bowl
Add the pure maple syrup
Fold in the chopped lady apples
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours
After a few hours take out of the fridge and form into a ball
Grab a plate or baking sheet and spread out the spiced and roasted nuts
Start rolling the cheeseball in the chopped nuts. You decide how much nut coverage you want. I heavily coat my cheese ball but some may prefer to lightly coat.
Plate the gorgeous cheese ball on a platter and serve with apple slices, celery and/or crackers
