I love matcha. I found a biscotti recipe that my mom used to make for me when I was little and had to share it. My mom came to the US from Vietnam after she met my dad and she loved exploring American recipes. I wanted to take her recipe and give it a little Asian boost….hello MATCHA! This biscotti recipe is more of the Italian style hard cookie, which goes great with hot tea or coffee. The ends dipped in white chocolate is a sweet sweet bonus. Enjoy!
